On behalf of Stacey and Clinton from What Not to Wear.... please ladies, don't try and rock the skunk hair-do. I'm talking about when a lady bleaches the crap out of one portion of her hair and then dyes the rest black. I have seen a mere one person who didn't look like a train wreck with this style. The odds aren't good that it will look hot on you. Lately, Wisconsin women have been attempting the look more and more. And that's just inappropriate.
