One week from right now I will salivating over glorious succulent meats. Yes, my friends, I have an appointment with Tucano's. And this is going to be amazing. In the Haws/Jackson household we prepare for carnivore feasting by doing the following:
- Looking at Kevin's grilling cookbook because the pictures of meat make you hungry.
- Frequently discuss what we love about Tucano's...is it the garlic sirloin? The grilled pineapple? The bacon-wrapped turkey? The brisket? The chicken hearts?
- Have dreams where we are the T-Rex in Jurassic Park. It is odd because I will spend so much time plotting the carnivore experience that I feel like I should run around the streets of Provo roaring at everything and chasing down cars with tiny Matthew McConaughey arms.
I am so excited....
