Pot, Pot, Pot...Flower Pots I Mean...

Tonight I decided that it was high time I planted some flowers for the front porch. A house just seems more like home when it has potted plants out front. Plus, it really makes me feel like summer once I've planted flowers. In order to allow for immediate gratification, I planted some already grown geraniums, salvia, and impatiens. For the smaller pots I planted seeds for sweet peas, cosmos, forget-me-nots, and pansies.
And under my window I planted strawberry blond sunflowers. I am especially excited for these in late summer when they will be fully grown. (The picture below is just an example...I planted seeds.)
